PUKEKOHE CLUB'S OFFICERS [from our own correspondent] PUKEKOHE, Thursday A general improvement in the standard of play was reported at the annual meetinc of the Pukekohe Basketball Club. The club's B teams lind met in the final of the "VVaiuku Association's R Rinde comT>etition. and the B1 team had won the cup and badges. The balance-sheet showed a credit of .£l4 12s. The following officers were elected Matron, Dr. A. T. Begs; president, Mr. C. Lawrie; vice-president#. Mesdamea rl. Nightingale, G. Bowden, C. Ratjcn. A. B Cressey, and Messrs. F. Perkins, B. Blennerhassett, W. Hunt and C. H. honorary vice-president, Mr W. Wright: secretary, Miss Nancy Bell: committee, Misses G. Fliydell. N. Bell. W Young, H. Evans, E. Kane. Eva Kane, W. Fountain K. Carpenter, O. 1 ollock, M. Boyce flnn 1? Hunt; delegates <o Waiuku Association, Misses M. Boyce and G. Pollock; selectors. Misses R. Hunt and G. Pollock: Ciounds committee. Misses B. Falvey and K.
