PROPOSAL TO BE CONSIDERED (Keceived April 23, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, April '22 A proposal to acquire 1000 acres of land near Ireford, Essex, to be laid out at an estimated cost of £600,000 as a new airport for London, is to be considered by the Court of th& Common Council of the City of London tomorrow.
