MEDLIANS MUSIC CLUB
The initial meeting for the 1936 season of the Medlians Music Club of Tauranga was held recently at tho home of the president, Mrs. M. P. Munro. -Bowls of zinnias and autumn foliage decorated tho drawing room. A programme scheme for the forthcoming year was discussed, and the arrangements of tho same were placed in the hands of tho following ladies:—Mesdames Munro, F. N. Christian, Shearman, Pole, Misses Steele and Smedley. Following afternoon tea. musical items were contributed by Mrs. Pole, Mrs. Munro, Mrs. D. Clark, Mrs. Siuldard Foster, Miss C. Parkinson, Miss M. Steele and Miss T. Smedley.
