VICTIM OF ACCIDENT
CONDITION OF MR. A. MAIN [BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] WHANGAREI, Tiicsday The condition of Mr. Alexander Main, the son of Mr. A. Main, manager of the Waitemata Electric Power Board, Auckland, who was critically injured in a motor accident on April 13, near Waipu, is reported this evening to be greatly improved, although still serious. Since Mr. Main was admitted to the Whangarei Hospital the medical superintendent, Dr J. W. Hall, has performed a delicate operation, removing a number of pieces of glass which had pierced the skull above the loft temple.
