STAFF CONVERSATIONS
THE TALKS IN LONDON " GREATEST CORDIALITY " ETitish Wirelesß RUGBY, April 19 A Foreign Office communique states that during the General Staff conversations, which began in London on April 15, the British, French and Belgian delegations worked together, sometimes in plenary sessions, combining with representatives of the Air Ministries, War Offices and Admiralties, and sometimes in separate meetings of each of these departments. These conversations have been carried on with the greatest cordiality in the framework decided upon for the representatives of the different Staffs by their respective Governments. All other necessary information will be transmitted through the channel of military, naval and air attaches.
