BRITISH PRIME MINISTER QUESTION OF RETIREMENT WILL CHOOSE OWN TIME (Received April 19, 5.5 p.m.) , LONDOtf, April IS The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, in his address to Worcester Conservatives, referred to rumours of his retirement. He said: " "When I retire it will be at mv own time and nobody else's. I do not intend to go on if the time comes when T do not feel myself capable of doing my task. " I believe I could count on the fingers of one hand the mcj outside mental hospitals who would like my job."
