MINISTER OF EDUCATION
The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister of Education and Health, arrived from Wellington on Saturday morning and was the principal speaker in the evening at the 21st birthday celebrations of the Workers' Educational Association, held in the University College Hall. The Minister was engaged on departmental business during his visit, and did not receive any public deputations. He returned to Wellington by the limited express last, evening. -- .'V
