PERFECT AUTUMN WEATHER ENSEMBLE SUITS IN FAVOUR THE VOGUE FOR FURS Another large gathering was attracted to Ellerslie for the second and linal day of the Auckland Racing Club's Autumn Meeting yesterday. The weather was typically autumn, with warm sunshine accompanied by a cool wind which made conditions almost ideal. The dressing, as is usual at this time of the year, was varied and interesting. Tailored suits and tweed ensembles were equally favoured, while smart plainly-cut frocks of jersey cloth and lino wool were worn under warm coats. Some very handsome furs were seen both in snug necklets, short fur capes and long coats, as well as high collars on tweed and cloth coats. Hats were nearly all of felt or velour and showed a great diversity of shapes and colours.
