TO-DAY'S PROGRAMME

FINE ACCEPTANCE LIST FIFTEEN IN NOLAN MEMORIAL DISCUSSION OF PROSPECTS Excellent acceptances have been received for the conclusion of the Auckland Racing Club's Autumn Meeting at EUerslie to-day and the fine fields engaged should ensure another interesting day's sport.

Following are details of the fields, with a review of tlio prospects in each raco, by "Archer": —

12.2.—NELSON HANDICAP. Of .£"275; 1 mile st. lb. at, lb. Munencre ... 813 Loombination 711 To Hni .... 8 12 Pound Sterling 7 10 Dny Wind . . 8 10 Lord Willonyx 7 9 Valmint ... 8 10 Lornacrc ... 7 9 Light Comedy 8 7 Shy . .... 7 8 Vera. Aero ..83 Tidulia .... 7 4 Killndar . . . . 8 3 Hawthorn ... 7 0 Sebrof .... 8 3 Carlisle ... 7 0 Leo Colossus . 8 2 High Tea ..70 Supreme Court 7 12 Illimani . . . 7 0 Saturday's form indicates good chances for To Hai, Valmint and Loombination, and Valmint will, have enhanced prospects if there is sufficient rain to soften the track. Light Comedy should have a good chance and Sebrof, who has gained three successive wins, commands a lot of respect. Supreme Court and Shy are likely improvers, and others worthy of consideration are Vera Acre, Lornacrc, Lord Willonyx and Killadar. The favourites may be SEBROF, LIGHT COMEDY, VALMINT.

12.47.—VICTORIA HANDICAP. Of £300: two-year-olds; 6 fur. st. lb. Bt. lb. Merial .... 92 Mnsown .... 8 1 Golden Blonde 9 1 Clay Streak . 712 Invcr .... BIS Queen's Knrl 8 12 Counsel 7 12 Rulette 811 Cricket ... 7 10 Moquctte ... 8 3 Black Friar . . 7 7 Anion 8 2 Quadroon ... 7 0 Merial and Golden Blonde should not be without chances, but thev may find it difficult to concede weight to the improving Inver, who won well on Saturday. Karl, Rulette and Moquette should all have prospects, and Anion is a possibility, although he may be all the better for a race. Maxown and Gay Streak are a likely pair, and Quadroon's track efforts suggest that he may go very well. Popular fancies mav be INVER, MERIAL, QUADROON. 1.32. —ST. HELIERS HURDLES, Of £275; 1! miles st. lb st. lb Master Musk . 11 5 "Widden ... 9 9 Scotch Nation 10 8 Clan Ronald . 9 7 The Hiker . . 10 4 Kins Mestor . 6 Lap Up ... . 9 12 Ruling King . 9 8 Victor Colimsi 9 10 Scotch Nation worked well on the No. .'3 grass yesterday and his prospects appear verv rosy. Form suggests that Master Musk and Lap Up should go well, although the latter does not appeal if the ground is wet. Widden and King Mestor read likeliest of the others The best supported may be SCOTCH NATION, MASTER MUSK. WIDDEN.

2.17. H. O. NOLAN HANDICAP, Of £650: li miles st. lb. et. lb. Spiral .... 9 0 Kelly . . ... 75 Nun Nicer ..86 Grand Talk ..73 Mungatoon ..86 Lady Graceful 7 3 Gay Rose ... 8 4 Maine .... 7 2 Lagoon .... 7 13 Knight of Epris 7 12 Australia 7 0 King Musk ..78 Arawa Rose . 7 0 Korero .... 7 6 Taluirangi ..70 Bracket: Mungatoon and Lagoon. Spiral should do better here than at a mile on Saturday. Nun Nicer is not without a chance, but at the weights and distance Mungatoon and Lagoon make a stronger appeal. Gay Rose demonstrated by her third in the Easter Handicap that she is very well and she should take a lot of beating. Epris and Lady Graceful have other engagements and it is not known in which they will start. King Musk, Korero and Maine may be best of the others, and a soft track would suit Korero. There may be good support for GAY ROSE, L AG OON-MUNG ATOON bracket, KORERO. 2.S7.—AUTUMN STEEPLECHASE. Of £350; about 3 miles st. lb. st. lb. Billy Boy ... 11 0 Cromwell ... 9 9 Master Musk . 10 10 London .... 9 1 Thespis . . . 10 8 Copey 9 1 Forest Glow . 10 B Spalpiko ... 9 0 Sandy Dix . . 9 12 Billy Boy was by no means disgraced in the Brighton Hurdles, and his polished jumping should assist him in this contest. Master Musk is also engaged in the St. Heliers Hurdles and possibly that may be his mission. Thespis and Forest Glow can bo expected to make good showings, while Copey and London have jumpers' chances. The prime fancies may bo THESPIS, FOREST GLOW, BILLY BOY.

3.37.—GREAT NORTHERN ST. LECER. Of £500; three-year-olds; colts and geldings, 8.10; fillies, 8.8; 1J miles. st. lb. st. lb. Entnil .... 810 Haut Monde . 810 Entheos .... 8 10 Pnkanui ... 8 10 Flood Tide . . 8 10 Sing Leo ... 8 10 Greek Velocipede . 8 10 Shepherd 810 Galilee ... 8 8 Hnppy Landing 810 Ludy Graceful 8 8 Greek Shepherd and Entail have the best credentials and should race prominently. Flood Tide won nicely on Saturday, but now meets Greek Shepherd 24ib. worse. Entheos, Velocipede and Happy Landing may do best of the others. The main fancies may bo GIIEEK SHEPHERD, ENTAIL, FLOOD TIDE.

4.22.—HU1A HANDICAP, Of £450; 6 fur. st, lb. st. lb. Rercatu .... 9 3 WhirlinK ... 7 3 Refresher ..89 Lordly Knight 7 2 Nnmakia ... 8 9 Triune .... 7 0 Greek Gold ..85 Wnhine Reihi 7 0 Pnknnui ..,85 King Ford ..70 ]3ellkyrinn . . 7 11 Sweet Rose ..70 Guy Seton ..78 Fulojoy .... 7 0 Scotland .... 7 4 Pakanui has eight successive victories to his credit and he showed that lie is all right by running a fast halfmile on Saturday. On this occasion ho will have his most severe test to date, but his chance nppears good. The draw for post positions may be an important factor, but his chief danger may come from Gay Seton, Bellkyrian, Namakia, Rercatu, Scotland, Fulojoy and Triune. Some who may bo in demand are PAKANUI, GAY SETON, BELLKYRIAN. 6.7.—ISLINGTON HANDICAP, Of £350; 1 mile st. lb. st. lb. Bpria .... 9 3 United .... 8 0 Kilberis ... 9 1 Knight of Oratory .... 9 1 Australia 8 0 Miss Lu ... 8 9 On Parnde . 8 0 Royal Secret . 8 8 Keith Lu ... 8 0 Roman Mascot 8 8 Sirona ... 8 0 Adalene .... 8 6 PsycholoKist .80 Delrain .... 8 3 Star Artist ..80 If reserved for this event, Epris should go very well. Oratory makes a strong appeal and Kilberis should run a sound race. Miss Lu, Royal Secret and Adalene are capable milers, and On Parade may be very close to form after his race at Whangarci. Others who may have to bo reckoned with are Delrain, Roman Mascot, Keith Lu and Star Artist. Among those likely to find favour are EPRIS, ON PARADE, ORATORY.
