WRESTLING
THIS EVENING'S CONTEST Interest in to-niglit's wrestling attraction at the Town Hall between Earl McCreadv. of Canada, and Harry Kent, of the United Slates, hua been increased by the result ol the first meeting of the pair in Wellington, the match ending in an exciting draw. In spite of the fact that the season has iust begun, and McCready was having his first bout, the men wrestled in a vigorous manner for the whole eight rounds, and, when the referee signified that he was unable to separate them on points. Ilia decision mot with the approval of a highly appreciative crowd which filled the building. Kent has been a wrestler from his boyhood and has competed with conspicuous success as a pro fesaional during the last six years. Mc Cready's return to the local ring will be most welcome, as he made his mark last season as one of the most successful and popular wrestlers who has ever visited this country.
