FIRE IN CHURCH HALL
Fire damaged the hall attached to the Balmoral Presbyterian Church about 4.30 o'clock on Saturday afternoon. The outbreaks which was attended by the Mount Eden and Mount Albert brigades, originated underneath the hall and damaged the flooring and furniture, and also a small basement room. The buildings are insured for £2OOO in the Presbyterian Church insurance fund.
