EXTRADITION MATTERS
CONSULTATION IN LONDON AUSTRALIAN MINISTERS' VISIT LONDON. April 6 Messrs. R. G." Menzies and H. E. Manning, Attorney-General respectively of the Commonwealth and of New South Wales, called at the Dominions Office and consulted Sir Grattan Bushe, legal adviser to the department, in reference to the question of extradition from New Zealand and New South Wales. Mr. Manning describes the interview as satisfactory. Preliminary questions were agreed upon. There is now hope that the Privy Council will deal with the matter in the near future.
