SITE FOR POST OFFICE MINISTER'S DECISION AWAITED [from OCR OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday No further action in connection with the removal of Garden Place hill in Hamilton will be taken until the Post-master-General, the Hon. F. Jones, ha* decided whether he will agree to the Hamilton Borough Council's request to exchange the new chief post office site for a site in the square it is proposed to form A sub-committee has been deputed to submit a report, as soon as the Post-master-General's decision is known, dealing with the cost involved in removing the hill and purchasing adjoining lands, the estimated resale valuef of sections, the loan required to do the work, and the methods to bo eniplo\ed in undertaking the scheme.
