TO HOLD SPICES
A ten or twelve-inch round cake-tin is a splendid convenience to hold spices and flavouring bottles, etc., in the kitchen cupboard, it revolves easily and gives one the chance to select with ease the exact thing needed. Place the tall bottles in the centre. Another round dish in the ico-chost or refrigerator will conveniently hold an opened jar of mayonnaise, sauce, jelly or preserves, and small quantities of leftovers.
