POISON GIFT FOR JUDGE

CYANIDE OF POTASSIUM A Judge sitting in the Court of Justice at Bucharest recently received a present —two pounds of cyanide of potassium. The gift was intended to show how easily tho poison can bo bought. It came from the lawyers defending Mr. Livy Ciuley, one of Rumania's foremost and richest architects, who was accused of tho murder of Miss Tita Cristesco, tho beautiful young atcress he loved. Miss Cristesco died from poisoning by cyanide of potassium which had been put in her tooth powder. Tho actress, on whom Ciuley is said to have spent £'20,000, jilted him for a .young Rumanian diplomat of modest means.
