ESTIMATES FOR YEAR INCREASE IN SALARIES [BY TELEGRArH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] DAIIGAVILLE, Friday The revenue and the expenditure for the past year were analysed, and tho estimates for the current year considered, at a special meeting of the Kaipara Hospital Board. The total estimate of the expenditure for the ensuing year was £15,579 7s Bd, an increase of £2220 on last year's figures. The estimate of the gross receipts amounted to £3832, which left a net estimsfted excess of expenditure of £11,747. The question of the revision of salaries and wages was taken in committee. It was announced afterward that the board had decided to increase / salaries to the extent of £390, including the staffs of both hospitals. No details were given.
