LADY GALWAY'S FEAT
GOLF BALL HOLED IN ONE PLAY AT MIRAMAR LINKS [by telegraph—press association] WELLINGTON. Wednesday While playing golf with a party fro® Government House on the Ifrranar links yesterday, Lady Galway achieved the distinction of holing in one. The feat was performed at the fourth hole, where a temporary green has reduced the present distance to about 190 yards. Her Excellency took an iron, and astonished everyone by sending the ball to the green and into the hole.
