HIGH SCHOOL FIXTURE
RESULTS AT HAMILTON [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON, Wednesday I'lie running of tho Hamilton Technical High School steeplechase to-day completed the school's annual sports programme. Tho results were hs follows: Senior Steeplechase Championship.—l. Blunt, 13m '24s, i; F. Walker, 13m 635, 2; G. fchmich, 18m 675. 3. Junior Steeplechase Championship.—ft. Buchanan, 14m 525, 1; F. Wigzell, 15m 435, 2; H. McGrail, 16m 2s, 3. On the handicapping, H. Baker was tirst, H. Watkins second while W. A. Smith and N. Wright tiod for third place. Tho Herbert Smith trophy was won by H. Watkins, with U Buchanan second, and F. Wigzell third. The school championship was decided on all the sports events, the senior holder being 1. Blunt, with 264 points. G. Sunich, 20 points, was second, and T. Smith, 13 points, was third. R. Blaekwell secured the junior school championship with 26 points, I). Buchanan being second with 18 points, and J. Tenner and C. Clark tied for third place with eight points each. The house points have been allotted as follows:—Tokomaru, 18li, 1; Aotea, 117$, 2; Arawa, 06. 3; Tainui, 70, 4.
