STRANDED IN DESERT
ELEVENTH-HOUR RESCUE BREAKDOWN OF TRUCK PERTH, April 7 Five men. who were stranded in desert country and in a serious condition from thirst, were rescued midway between the towns of Meekatharra and Wiluna. When found two of them were delirious;. The party became stranded when tho motor-truck in which they were travelling broke down.
