GOOD RECOVERY MADE OPERATION IN SYDNEY (Received March 1, 5.5 p.m.) . ( SYDNEY, March 1 Major J.- R. Kirk, chairman of the New Zealand headquarters of the Soldiers' Civil Re-establishment League, who-recently underwent a serious operation here, has made a good recovery, although some time will elapse before he is able to return to New Zealand.
