CAPETOWN FLIGHT
LLEWELLYN SAFE ARRIVAL AT BULAWAYO (Received March 1, 7.5 p.m.) BULAWAYO, Feb. 29 Flying-Officer David Llewellyn, who is flying from England to Capetown, and whose silence had caused anxiety, has arrived at Bulawayo. He was delayed by engine trouble and made a forced landing in the bush north of Mbeya. The airman had to make the pistons in his engine serviceable with a nail file and then had to clear a runway to enablo him to take off.
