LANDS COMMISSION
ALLEGATIONS BY MR. LANG EXONERATION OF OFFICIALS SYDNEY. Feb. 20 The Royal Commission which last year inquired into allegations of misconduct on the part of Government officers, and also certain administrative officers on the Western Lands Commission in the allocation of Crown lands in western New South Wales, has presented its report to Parliament This completely exonerates those concerned from charges made by the Opposition leader, Mr. .T. T. Lang, whose chief allegation had been undue favouritism in the allocation of land to certain applicants, one of whom was a Judge's son and another a wealthy stock and station agent.
