CAR HITS POWER POLE
THREE PERSONS INJURED MISHAP AT MORRINSVILLE [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] MORRINSVILLE, Friday Three Te Awamutu residents were injured in a motor accident near the Morrinsville saleyards about 5 p.m. yesterday. The car, which Was a new saloon model, swerved to avoid some children, and crashed into a power pole. Mrs. J. Higgie, who was in the back seat, was thrown forward against the front seat ancl suffered concussion. Mr. Higgie and Mrs. Wenham, who were in the front seat, were cut by glass. Three young children who were also in the car were not injured. The car was damaged extensively.
