MISSIONARY REUNION
A reunion of the friends of the old Auckland Central Mission and of members of the United Evangelical Church was held in the United Evangelical Church on Wednesday evening to welcome home Mr. and Mrs. Brock and family from China. Mr. Atkinson presided, arid welcomed the missionaries on behalf of the church. Mr. O'Donnell also extended greetings. Mrs. Atkinson presented Mrs. Brock with a bouquet of flowers, and Miss Dewar and Mr. S. E. Wood expressed a warm welcome on behalf of the friends of the Auckland Central Mission. Mrs. Brock, who was formerly Miss Maude Gordon, thanked the meeting for the welcome and recalled the happy days she had spent in the Auckland Central Mission, from whose ranks she had gone to China. Musical items were rendered by the choir.
