NEW MINISTER AT DRURY INDUCTION SERVICE HELD The ordination of the Rev. Graeme F. McKenzie. M.A., and his induction to the Drury-Bombay parish took place on Thursday evening in the Drury Presbyterian Church. There was a large and representative gathering from all parts of the district, The moderator of the Presbytery, the Rev. H. W, Hitchcock, presided, and tho sermon was preached by the Rov. H. C. Mathew, of Otahuhu. The moderator-designate of the General Assembly,- tho Rov. T. H. Roseveare, delivered the charge to the minister, and the Rev. J. Pattison,. of I'ukekohe, the charge to the congregation. On behalf of the office-bearers, members and frionds, Mr. J. W. Robinson, session clerk, assured the new minister of their goodwill and readinessi to work whole-heartedly under his leadership. Mr. Pattison expressed a cordial woloome to Mr. McKenzie on behalf of those with whom he would bo associated in the Presbytery. ' "»• Before entering the Theological Hall of Knox College, Dunedin, Mr. MoKonzie attended tho New Plymouth Boys' High School and the University of Otago, where he graduated as Master of Arts in 1932. At the Theological Hall he pursued his course of training with distinction. > A district welcome in the form of a social evening will bo tendered Mr. McKenzie next Wednesday in the Drury Public Hall.
