STEWART RESIGNS PREFERS FREEDOM IN HOUSE (Eeceived February 27, 10.5 p.m.) CANBERRA, Feb. 27 The Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, announces that Sir Frederick Stewart has resigned his duties as Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Employment, intimating that he prefers the freedom of private membership in the House of Representatives.
