TREATY NEGOTIATIONS ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 2(1 The High Commissioner in Egypt, Sir Miles Lampson, will head the British representatives at the AngloEgyptian treaty discussions which aro to be begun at Cairo on March 2. He will be assisted by Messrs. Kelly, Hopkinson and Smart, of the Residency staff. Admiral Sir William Fisher, Lieu-tenant-General Sir George Weir and Air Chief Marshal Sir Henry BrookePopham will act in an advisory capacity for the respective services. After the formal opening the discussions will be adjourned until about March 9, after the Bairam celebrations.
