In order to attend the New Zealand Press Conference at Napier,"Mr. A. J. All port and Mr E. G. Kerr, of the Timaru Herald Company, Limited, flow to Napier from Timaru, completing the long journey in five hours' flying time. In a New Zealand Airways Puss Moth machine, piloted by Mr. Keith Johnstone, they left Timaru at 6.20 a.m. and arrived at Wellington at 9.20. Leaving an hour later the machine arrived at Napier at 12.20.
