BREAD PRICES
Sir, —"Scratching for a Living" is quite right; profit and supply paper is no encouragement for shopkeepers to sell bread. But he omitted to mention that we also pay 5s yearly as a licence fee. So where do we come in ? AnOTHKK SnOI'KKKI'ER. .
