SWORDFISH PLENTIFUL
CATCHES OFF MAYOR ISLAND [HY TELEGRAPH —OWN COHHESPONDKNT] TAURANGA. Friday The launch Naomi returned this week from the Mayor Island deep-s>ea fishing grounds, the party on board having caught 10 swordfish and a large kingfish. Mr. A. Wool ley, of Auckland, landed four swordfish, the two largest weighing 3161b. and 2561b., and a kingfish of 411b. A Hastings angler, Mr. W. J. Anderson, landed two swordfish, one weighing 2571b.; M*\ T. Wright, also of Hastings, caught swordfish of 3191b. and 2521b.; and Mr. H. P. Anderson, of Tauranga, secured two swordfish, the larger weighing 2611b.
