ORR DEFEATS CURTIS [bt teleccaph—OWN correspondent] WHANGAREI, Friday The final of the North Auckland Centre's annual full-rink tournament was played today in fine weather between Cleverly, xiKgott. Sothern and Orr (Whanaarei) and Webb. Hutchings, Ross and Curtis (Kensington). It resulted in a win for Orr a team by 20 points to 8 Early in the play Orr's team established a lead, which was increased with the progress of the game. The team was not extended fit any stage Curtis team played below the form established during the tournament. v * PONSONBY NIGHT TOURNEY Following is the result of a sports fours tournament played under the control the Ponsonby Bowling Club:— First Round.— E.
