ATTACKED BY BOAR
SHOW EXHIBITOR INJURED [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Thursday A prominent show exhibitor of the Te Puke district, .Mr. W. K Bo wen. while assisting at the Taurnnga Agricultural Show yesterday, was attacked by a large boar which inflicted a deep wound on the left leg. After receiving first-aid attention from a member of the St. .John Ambulance Brigade, Mr. Bowen was taken in a motor-car to Dr. J. Mark's surgery, where the wound was stitched.
