NON-GOVERNMENT DELEGATE [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATES] TIMART7, ThursdiT The president of the New Zealand Alliance of Labour and the Waterside Workers' Federation, Mr. L. Glover, has been nominated for selection M the non-Government candidate to attend the International Labour Conference in Geneva. However, he has decided not to contest the election in view of pending amendments in industrial legislation and the reorganising activities of the Alliance of Labour.
