AROWHANA STATION CASE JUDGMENT REGARDING COSTS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday Judgment on the question of costs in the action between William Douglas Lysnar, plaintiff, and the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, defendant, was delivered to-day by Mr. Justice Blair. Mr. Justice Blair allowed ono sum of £42,000 bv reason of the fact that the bank, in its counterclaim, was allowed to retain judgment for approximately £72,000, but disallowed the remainder of the claim.
