UNUSUAL ACCIDENT
ARM BROKEN BY VEHICLE MISHAP WHILE PASSING [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] OPOTXKI, Monday A compound fracture of the elbow was received by Mr. Donald Mihaere, a married man, who when riding' in a motor-lorry with his arm outside the window had it struck heavily by a passing vehicle. There have been several accidents of this nature lately.
