ARREST MADE ON TRAIN INTENSIVE POLICE SEARCH [by telegraph OWN correspondent] HASTINGS, Monday The arrest of a man alleged to be concerned in an incident on the NapierHastings road in which Mr. H. Mcintosh was robbed of £8 t has been effected. Boarding the Napier-Welling-ton express at Paekakariki about three o'clock on Saturday afternoon, a police officer arrested a man who was taken on to Wellington. The arrest followed an intensive search by the police who, following the reporting of the occurrence on Friday night, blockaded all exits from tho town.
