CRIME IN CHICAGO KILLED IN BOWLING ALLEY (Received February 16, 6.35 p.m.) CHICAGO, Feb. 15 A gangster was shot early to-day, a few hours after.the seventh anniversary of the famous St. Valentine's Day massacre in which seven members of a gang were shot in a garage. for the murder of the seven men on St. Valentine's Day, but was acquitted. Since Capone's incarceration in prison lie was reputed to have lost his status in the underworld and had been earning a precarious living as a gambler. The assailants cowed tho occupants of the room and when they found McGurn, f'red a dozen shots through the back of his head and then calmly escaped.
