SECOND READING CARRIED (Received February 3G. 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 15 The second reading of the bill for raising the school-leaving ago to 15 years, subject to exemptions in certain cases, was carried in the House of Commons by 282 votes to 152. The exemption clauses were the subject of the main criticisms.
