MILK W|TH ADDED WATER [from oim own courksi-ondknt] RAGLAN, Saturday A Raglan confectioner, E. J. Earl, was yesterday fined £5 011 one count and £1 011 another for selling milk containing 20 per cent of added water. He was prosecuted by Inspector T. C. Thomson, of the Health Department.
