EFFECT OF LOWER RATES British Wireless RUGBY. Fob. 13 The Postmaster-General, Mr. G, O. Tryon, states in the first six months (to December 31 last), during which the reduced parcels post rates were in operation, the number of parcels carried increased by more than 8,000,000, compared with the corresponding period of 1934.
