JOINT COMMITTEE SET UP CONFERENCE WITH MINISTER [BY TELEGBAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION'], "WELLINGTON, Friday At the request of the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, a joint committee consisting of member* of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, the Sheepowners' Federation, and the Fruitgrowers' Federation has been set up to confer with the Minister on the question of farm labour generally. Ifc is anticipated that further steps will not be taken until a . report has been received from the committee.
