Details of the programme are advertised in this issue, LOGAN DERBY'S DAM BRED IN NEW ZEALAND Logan Derby, who is second on points for the Inter-Dominion Championships at Perth, was bred in Tasmania, and his dam is Belle Logan, a New Zealand-bred daughter of Logan Pointer and Curfew Bell, a half-sister to the New Zealand Cup winner Country Belle. Belle Logan produced in New Zealand a fine pacer, Dillon Logan, who won many races, including the Dunedin Cup, for the Christchurch sportsman, Mr. D. Rodgers.
