CHILDREN'S CAMP
METHODIST MISSION FIRST BATCH RETURNS HOME Nearly 30 children who have been attending the Methodist Social Service Mission's health camp at Campbell's Bay will return to their homes in the city to-day. The children went into camp on Boxing Day, so that they have been under canvas for three weeks. Another batch will go to the camp next week and will remain for a similar period. The camp, which is for undernourished children from needy families, is being conducted with the co-opera-tion of the Health Department. A trained deaconess, Sister E. Beer, is in charge, and arrangements in the city are being carried out by the Social Service Missioner. the Rev. A. Everil Orr, and Sister Rita Snowdcn. It is hoped that it will bo possible to keep the camp open throughout the year. It also is intended to provide accommodation for a number of mothers who have been unable to tako holidays for several years.
