OBITUARY
MR. R. B. GRAHAM The death has occurred of Mr. Russell Bedford Graham at the age of 62 years, at his residence in Gordon Terrace, Heme Bay. The second son of the late Mr. Robert Graham, a former superintendent of the Auckland Province, Mr. Graham joined his mother and his elder brother in ISBB in the development of Wairakei as a tourist resort. Later he took an active part in inaugurating the first, motor mail service for the New Zealand Government, and conducted a tourist launch service on the Waikato River between the Aratiatia Rapids and the Huka Falls. Mr. Graham served in the Boer War. Vp to the time of his death he conducted a photographic developing and printing business in Auckland. Ho is survived by his wife, two sons and three daughters.

HAMILTON, Friday
Tlie death has occurred at Hamilton of Mrs. Matilda Joliansen, a well-known resident of the Taihajx? and Otorohangsdistricts, at the ago of SO vears. Mr. Joliansen died -'2 years ago. Mrs. .Johansen is survived by five daughters and one son. There are IS grandchildren i" 1 " 12 great-grandchildren.
