The Pukeko and Margaret W. sailed yesterday for East Coast ports. The Kartigi was scheduled to leave Greymouth yesterday afternoon for Auckland. Gisborne and Napier. CANADIAN BRITISHER TO SAIL The Canadian Britisher, which has been discharging at King's Wharf, is expected to sail this evening for Wellington. H.M.S. LF.ITH RETURNING After a fortnight's cruise to Northern ports the sloop H.M.S. Leith will return to Auckland at seven o'clock this morning. WAITAKI FOR AUSTRALIA The Waitaki came out of dock yesterday morning and sailed ;.n the afternoon for Sydney and Newcastle, to load for Wellington and Gisborne. TANKER LACKLAN SAILS The Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Lacklan, which has been discharging at Western Wharf, sailed last evening for Wellington. NIAGARA DUE ON MONDAY The Royal Mail liner Niagara is due at Auckland on Monday from Vancouver, via Victoria, Honolulu and Suva. She will sail for Sydney at 5 p.m. on Tue&day. PORT DENISON ARRIVES The Commonwealth and Dominion steamer Port Denison arrived at Auckland from Opua last evening and berthed at Queen's Wharf to continue loading lor London. lONIC TO SAIL The Shaw, Savill and Albion, liner lonic is expected to sail for Port Chalmers at daylight to-morrow to complete discharge of cargo from London. ROTORUA REPORTED The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Rotorua, which left Isapier on December 20. Railed from Curacao on Wednesday morning in continuation of ner voyage to London. DORSET DISCHARGING The Federal Line motor-«hip Dorset, which is discharging at Queen's Wharf, is expected to sail next Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete on loading. ORARI FOR WELLINGTON The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-ship Orari sailed last evening for Wellington and Wanganui to complete her cargo. She will leave Wanganui for London on January 28. THE TANKER HERBJORN The tanker Herbjorn. which arrived at Wellington from Balik Papan on Wednesday with a cargo of petrol for the Shell Company, will complete discharge at Auckland. She is due here early next week. THE PORT ADELAIDE The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Adelaide sailed 'last evening for Wellington and Napier to complete loading for London. She will leave Napier finally on January 25. LOCH LOMOND ON SUNDAY The Loch Lomond is due on Sunday evening from Pacific Coast ports, via Apia, to discharge to the agency of the Union Steam Ship Company, Limited. She will later proceed to Wellington and Sydney MONOWAI FROM SYDNEY The Monowai is scheduled to leave Syd ney at four o'clock this afternoon and is due here on Monday afternoon. After discharge she will proceed to Wellington. She will leave that port at 3 p.m. on January 24 for Sydney direct. HUNTINGDON'S ITINERARY The Federal Line steamer Huntingdon is expected to leave New Plymouth this afternoon, and is due at Auckland on Sunday morning to complete discharge and to commence loading' for London and West Coast ports of tha United Kingdom. NEW JAPANESE SERVICE first vessel in the new service to New Zealand from Japan, operated by the Yamashita Kisen Kaisha, the steamer Manju Maru, will arrive at Auckland from Japan direct this afternoon The vessel will berth at King's Wharf to discharge, and will complete unloading at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She will later load for Japan. NARDANA FROM NEW YORK The British India Line steamer Nardana arrived yesterday morning from New York with a general cargo, after an uneventful voyage. Fairly rough seas were experienced during the last two days, but the vessel was not greatly delayed. The vessel, which is at Prince's Wharf, will sail on Saturday for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. GERMAN STEAMER WIEGAND The North German Lloyd steamer Wiegand arrived yesterday morning from New Orleans with a general cargo, including 1000 tons of bulk sulphur. Except for fairly rough weather in/the Gulf of Mexico, favourable conditions were experienced until the vessel was two days from the New Zealand coast, when heavy seas were encountered, delaying the steamer's arrival by about 12 hours. She will complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin.
