ELECTRICAL STORM

CITY OF MELBOURNE MELBOURNE. Jan. 16 Accompanied by deafening thunder and spectacular forked lightning,, a severe electrical storm passed over Melbourne last night. Four trains were struck by lightning and put out of action. Douglas Ralph, aged 16, was struck while photographing the lightning at East Malvern. He was found in convulsions, but recovered later.
