DEPUTIES REASSEMBLE ATMOSPHERE OF EXCITEMENT PARIS, Jan. 15 Parliament reassembled to-day in an atmosphere of excitement. The deputies returned from their constituencies fired by zeal for reforms. The general impression is that M. Laval's chances of surviving until the elections are more slender than in December, as many desire to deprive him of control of tho electoral machine, which all the parties covet at this time.
