PINNED UNDER DRAY
ELDERLY MAN INJURED A fracture of the right leg ami other injuries were suffered by Mr. Alfred Edwards, aged married, of .'5 Tutaliekni Street, Grey Lynn, when he was pinned beneath a loaded dray that capsized into the Auckland City Council's rubbish tip in Browning Street, Grey Lynn. yesterday morning. The horse harnessed to the dray was pulled into the tip, but was not injured. The dray ran backwards and capsized when Mr. Edwards was in the act of tipping it. Mr. Edwards was knocked over and rolled doAvn the slope, the dray falling on top of him. Ho was lift or! out by other workmen and taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition last night was reported to be not serious.
