The directors recommend payment' of a dividend of 5$ per cent and propose writing off building and plant, in addition to provision already made, £20,000; transferring to rebuilding reserve, £20,000; and carrying forward £29,847. On the figures given tho net profit for the year was £75,671, a decline of £15,281.
