QUEST FOR BIG-GAME FISH AN UNSUCCESSFUL DAY [by telegraph OWN correspondent] RUSSELL. Thartdty The Governor-General. Lord Gal way, who is making his first visit to th« Bay of Islands, spent to-day in biggame fishing at Deepwater Cove. His Excellency left the Government steamer Matai about 9 a.m. in Mr. White Wickham's launch Ozone and was on thft fishing grounds until about 5 p.m. fl» was not, however, successful. In th# evening he dined at Deepwater Cove as Mr. White Wickham's guest. His Excellency will return to Auckland to-morrow evening.
